DELIVERY COSTS:
- All orders placed on our site have a fixed cost of 4.90 euros.
Free delivery is offered for purchases of 50 euros or more.
- Delivery costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the payment page.
All our orders have a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis Privé.

PROCESSING TIMES:
- Regarding our processing times for your orders, please allow 1 to 2 working days.
DELIVERY TIMES:
- All our orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days once your order has been processed.
MISSING ITEM:
- If your order, or part of your order, has not been delivered, please allow an additional 24-48 hours beyond the estimated delivery time. After this period, please send us an email to the following address: monroyaumebeaute@gmail.com

Returns & Exchanges:
At BIU-T , we do our best to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you will encounter no surprises when you receive our products.
We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order cancellation policy:
We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at monroyaumebeaute@gmail.com as soon as possible.
A large majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours; it is imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No request to cancel your order can be considered if it has already been processed.
Address error:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to inform us of any changes. These changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information . We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In these latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not systematically.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus shipping costs or we will offer to reship it, according to your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
Return policy :

Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind, our return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your products.
